Basic Price Package $4500 includes -
  • 3-day access to the temperature controlled venue, Friday at 8:00 am CST through Sunday at 1:00 pm CST
  • Bride's dressing room and personal restroom
  • Groom's cabin for dressing and hanging out
  • 2 handicap accessible restrooms
  • ​Kitchen - warming station, including 3 ovens, microwave and refrigeration with buffet areas
  • Large bar area
  • Whiskey barrels throughout the venue with large arrangements
  • Custom built rectangle wooden farmhouse tables
  • Round and rectangular white tables, along with indoor and outdoor chairs
  • Arches are available inside and outside
  • ​Located outside are a large waterfall and fountain
  • Large television for viewing slideshows 
  • Linens available - cleaning fee
  • 6 seater golf cart
  • Well lit on site parking with handicap parking available.
